Introduction
ASWS NGO is committed to providing free tuition for students from grades 1 to 7 within mosque premises, offering a supportive environment for education within the Muslim community. The goal was to design a web and mobile application to manage the operations of this initiative efficiently, enabling the monitoring of teacher and student progress, attendance, and syllabus management
The solution required a user-friendly interface to streamline daily operations while maintaining a focus on fostering growth and learning for students in a structured manner.
Problem Statement
ASWS NGO lacked a centralized digital system to monitor and manage the operations of their tuition centers. Manual tracking methods created inefficiencies in monitoring student progress, teacher performance, and syllabus management.
Inefficient Tracking: Difficulty in tracking attendance, performance, and volunteer participation across centers.
Lack of Growth Metrics: No system to measure student and teacher progress effectively.
Syllabus Management: Providing and updating syllabi for different classes manually was cumbersome.
Decentralized Communication: Coordination between centers, teachers, and volunteers lacked a unified platform.

This project involved the complete design and development of a bespoke website for a luxury tailoring studio. The goal was to create a digital experience that reflects the studio’s commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and personalized service, while also offering a seamless user experience.
